• Registering for a Course – Click on “Register for Course” to browse and choose from the three available ICB study programmes. You’ll then select your preferred training provider from an approved list. • Scheduling Exams – Navigate to the “Enter Assessment” section where you’ll find a list of subjects you’re eligible to write. Select the relevant subject, then choose from available venues and exam dates. The system will display exam availability in real time, allowing you to pick the most convenient option without delays.

   

• Making Payments – Access the “Order Products” page to settle your course and exam fees. The portal supports multiple payment methods including EFT, SnapScan, and credit card, making it easy to process secure transactions instantly. Payment confirmation is also tracked within your portal profile for future reference.

   

• Updating Personal Details – Head to your profile settings to update key personal information such as your contact details, ID number, and email address. Keeping your information up-to-date helps avoid delays in receiving results, certificates, and important student notifications.

   

• Viewing Results – Once results are released, you can check your academic performance under the “Results” section. You’ll be able to download detailed feedback and track your progress across modules – an essential tool for staying on top of your qualification goals.
